AWS CloudTrail Integration
Connecting AWS CloudTrail to SaaS Alerts
- Navigate to Security, Identity, & Compliance in the AWS CloudTrail console.
- Locate the IAM link.
- Select a user.
- Verify the user has specific permissions.
- Click Create access key.
- Click Third-party service.
- Click Create access key.
- Download your access key (the secret key will not be visible at a later time).
- Copy the access key and secret access key for connection in SaaS Alerts.
- Navigate to saasalerts.com to connect CloudTrail to the organization.
- Select CloudTrail from applications.
- Enter the access and secret access keys to finish connection.
PSA support
PSA ticket generation is supported by the App Wizard connections for all products as of May 2024.
Monitored events
NOTE Only the following events are available for the initial release.
- IAM Event - Authentication Success
- IAM Event - Authentication Failure
