Datto EDR Integration

Setup instructions

Datto EDR

1. Log in to Datto EDR as an admin user.
2. Copy the URL (for example, yourcompany.infocyte.com) from your address bar and store it in a secure location.
3. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the page and select Admin.
4. Navigate to Users & Tokens > API Tokens.
5. Click Create new token.
6. Enter a token description (for example, SaaS Alerts).
7. Copy the generated token and store it in a secure location.

SaaS Alerts

1. From within SaaS Alerts, choose to add a new application to the proper organization, likely the organization for your MSP.
2. Choose to connect Datto EDR.
3. Fill in the URL and API token.
4. Click Finish.

Monitored events

• IAM Event - Authentication Success
• IAM Event - User Created
• Endpoint Device - Monitoring info
• Endpoint Device - Monitoring event
